Steps to resolve:

1. 1. Check your bank balance to ensure no amount was deducted.
2. 2. Contact your bank and ask them to whitelist our payment partner.
3. 3. Confirm with your bank that the payment processor has been successfully whitelisted and whether or not you need to place a new order. Your bank should be able to tell you how long it will take for the transaction to clear. Future orders should go through normally.
4. 4. Check your bank balance to verify if the payment went through.
5. 5. Our system should process your payment and complete your order normally.

as per payment partner:

1. Q1. How many successful transactions can I make in a day?
   You can make up to 2 successful payments with the same card in a 24-hour window. After that, the limit refreshes automatically, and you can make 2 more the next day.
2. Q2. How many failed attempts are allowed in a day?
   You’re allowed up to 5 failed payment attempts in a 24-hour window with the same card. Once the 24 hours pass, the limit refreshes and you get 5 new attempts.

Sales of all digital products are final. We do not accept refunds or cancellations for any received goods. If you are having problems receiving your product then please email ottoberg@matingpress.ing for help from our support.

We accept Visa, Mastercard. All payments are processed securely through our trusted payment partners.

In most cases, orders are processed right away by our system. If there’s any delay, it usually means your bank, card issuer, or our payment partner detected an issue. If this happens, please reach out to us for assistance.

Yes. Some regions may be restricted due to our payment partner’s policies. If you’re located in a blocked region, you won’t be able to complete checkout.
